Area Sales Manager (ASM)

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management of a branch office, including sales and operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the Sanitary ware & CP Fittings sales, industry as Sales person and as well as strong leadership, management, and customer service skills. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of branch operations, including sales, service, and marketing
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and Sales generation
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Manage and motivate a team of sales and service professionals
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or Diploma
• 3 - 5 years of experience in channel sales , especially from sanitary sales & CP Fittings sales
• strong leadership, management, and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
