Area Sales Manager (ASM) (Derma Division) - (Skin Care- Sales)- Delhi- South Delhi

As an Area Sales Manager, your role involves representing the brand and product, focusing on increasing sales growth, creating engagements with customers, and ensuring correct product usage in clinics. Your responsibilities include motivating customers to choose DPW products for all relevant indications. Here are the key responsibilities you will have in this role: - Territory Mapping: Create, maintain, and update a list of all potential customers in your assigned territory. - Potential Mapping: Identify customers who are quick to convert and focus on expanding your coverage with them. - Daily Field Calls Planning: Develop a coverage plan and plan demos/education sessions with technical support. - Carry the right tools for customer interactions and conversions at all times. - Work towards and achieve the targets set for your area. - Report your daily activities, customers met, converted, and those in the pipeline regularly. - Adhere to the reporting formats and processes established by the Head Office. - Maintain a good relationship with existing clients to encourage repeat business. - Motivate clients to choose DPW products as their core solution for practice. - Coordinate with technical teams to organize demos, training sessions, focus group workshops, and lunch learn workshops. - Ensure customers are comfortable with using the product effectively. - Implement sales and marketing strategies for your assigned territory. - Organize training sessions for doctors, FGWs, and institutions on new products to increase revenue. - Possess good knowledge of products, scientific benefits, merits, packaging, pricing, and competitor products. - Maintain records, collect customer and market feedback, and report on findings. - Plan stockist-wise primary/secondary monthly activities. - Uphold and enhance the company's image at all times.
