Job Description

The Area Sales Manager plays a crucial role as a representative of the brand and its products. Your main responsibility is to drive sales growth, foster customer engagement, and ensure proper product utilization in clinics to maintain optimal stock levels for treatments. It is essential to motivate customers to choose DPW products for various indications. You will be required to perform the following key tasks: - Territory Mapping: Create, maintain, and update a list of potential customers in your designated territory. - Potential Mapping: Identify and prioritize customers based on their conversion potential for focused coverage. - Daily Field Calls Planning: Develop a coverage plan and schedule demos and educational sessions with technical support. - Always be equipped with the necessary tools for customer interactions and conversions. - Meet and exceed sales targets set for your area. - Provide daily reports on your activities, including customer interactions, conversions, and prospects in the pipeline. - Adhere to the reporting formats and processes established by the Head Office. - Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. - Encourage clients to adopt DPW products as their primary solution for various needs. - Collaborate with technical teams to arrange demos, training sessions, and workshops for customer education. - Ensure customers are comfortable with product usage and benefits. - Implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to your assigned territory. - Conduct training sessions for doctors, FGWs, and institutions on new products to drive revenue growth. - Possess in-depth knowledge of products, scientific benefits, pricing, and competitor analysis. - Maintain detailed records, gather customer and market feedback, and provide regular reports. - Plan stockist-wise primary and secondary targets on a monthly basis. - Uphold and enhance the company's image at all times. - Continuously gather and report customer and market feedback to address arising issues promptly.,
