Job Description

The Area Sales Manager plays a crucial role in representing the brand and product effectively. Your primary responsibility involves driving sales growth, fostering engagement with hands-on demonstrations, and ensuring proper product usage in clinics to maintain optimal stock levels for customer treatment. It is essential to motivate customers to choose DPW products for all relevant indications. You will be tasked with territory mapping, which includes creating and updating a list of potential customers within your designated area. Identifying quick-converting customers and focusing on their coverage will be key in your potential mapping efforts. Daily field calls planning, coverage plans, and demo/education sessions with technical support will also be part of your routine. Carrying the necessary tools for customer interactions and conversions is vital, along with meeting the sales targets set for your area. Regular reporting of activities, customer interactions, conversions, and pipeline status is required on a daily basis, following the reporting formats and processes established by the head office. Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and encouraging them to prioritize DPW products in their practice are crucial aspects of your role. Collaborating with technical teams to arrange demos, training sessions, workshops, and ensuring customer comfort with product usage are essential for success. You will be responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies within your territory, organizing product training sessions for doctors and institutions to boost revenue, and staying informed about product details, scientific benefits, pricing, and competitor analysis. Regular record-keeping, market feedback collection, and reporting are also part of your duties. Planning stockist-wise primary and secondary targets monthly, upholding the company's image, and promptly collecting and reporting customer and market feedback are additional responsibilities that contribute to the overall success of the role.,
