Area Sales Manager (ASM)- (Derma Division)-(Skin care-Cosmetic) for Ludhiana

As an Area Sales Manager, you will act as a representation of the brand and the product. Your responsibilities will include: - Territory Mapping: Create, maintain, and update a list of all potential customers in your territory. - Potential Mapping: Identify which customers are quickest to convert and focus on their coverage. - Daily Field Calls Planning: Develop a coverage plan and plan demos/educational sessions with technical support. - Ensure you always carry the right tools for customer interactions and conversions. - Work towards and achieve the targets set for your area. - Report your activities, customers met, converted, in-pipeline, etc., on a daily basis. - Adhere to reporting formats and processes set by the Head Office. - Maintain a good relationship with existing clients for repeat business. - Motivate clients to have DPW products as the core solution they offer in their practice. - Work with technical teams to arrange demos and training such as focus group workshops, lunch learn workshops, etc. - Ensure that customers are comfortable with the usage of the product. - Execute Sales and Marketing strategies for your assigned territory. - Organize training sessions for doctors, FGWs, and institutions on new products to drive revenue growth. - Should have good knowledge of Products, Scientific Benefits, Merits, Pack and Price, Competitor Products Merits & Demerits. - Record keeping and reporting, collecting customer and market feedback and reporting. - Plan Stockist-wise Primary/Secondary monthly. - Build and protect the Company image at all times. - Collect customer and market feedback as and when it arises. These responsibilities will contribute to the growth of sales, customer engagement, and brand representation in your assigned territory.,
