Job Description

The Area Sales Manager plays a crucial role as a representative of the brand and product. Your primary responsibility is to drive sales growth, establish engagements for hands-on support, and ensure the correct usage of products in clinics to maintain optimal stock levels for treatment. It is also imperative to motivate customers to choose DPW as their preferred product for various indications. Your key responsibilities include: - Territory Mapping: Develop, maintain, and update a list of potential customers within your designated territory. - Potential Mapping: Identify and focus on customers who are more likely to convert quickly. - Daily Field Calls Planning: Plan your coverage, demonstrations, and educational activities with technical support. - Carry the necessary tools for effective customer interactions and conversions. - Achieve the sales targets set for your area. - Provide daily reports on your activities, customer interactions, conversions, and prospects in the pipeline. - Adhere to the reporting formats and procedures established by the Head Office. - Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. - Encourage clients to prioritize DPW products as the primary solution in their practice. - Collaborate with technical teams to conduct demos, training sessions, workshops, and other educational programs. - Ensure customer comfort and proficiency in product usage. - Implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to your assigned territory. - Conduct training sessions for doctors, FGWs, and institutions on new products to drive revenue growth. - Possess in-depth knowledge of product features, scientific benefits, packaging, pricing, as well as competitor products" strengths and weaknesses. - Maintain accurate records, gather customer and market feedback, and provide timely reports. - Develop monthly stock plans based on primary and secondary sales by stockist. - Uphold and enhance the company's image at all times. - Gather and report customer and market feedback promptly. Your role as an Area Sales Manager demands proactive engagement with customers, effective planning, and strong collaboration with internal teams to drive sales and promote the brand effectively.,
