Job Description

Sales Leadership & Team Management:

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Set individual and team sales quotas and goals.
Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback.
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives.
Allocate territories and customers to sales representatives.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
Develop and manage key customer relationships.

Sales Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Track and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Identify and implement strategies to improve sales performance.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
