Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and business development for Video Door Phone and related security products in the Bangalore region.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through channel partners, system integrators, and end customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and electrical consultants.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective territory and account management.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and channel partners.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to support strategic business planning.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, service, and finance) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualification:

BE/B.Tech
in Engineering
or Graduate with an MBA (mandatory).

Experience:

Minimum
6+ years
of experience in sales of
security surveillance, CCTV, access control, lighting, or switchgear
products.

Should be
based in Bangalore
or have
handled the Bangalore market
extensively.
Must have a
stable career history
with consistent performance in previous roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
