No.:- JD/HCM/R0 Job Title: Area Sales Manager – After Sales Department: After Sales Location: North Job Family: Sales Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Representative to join our team in After Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our parts and services to all clients. You will leverage your strong communication and relationship-building skills to understand client needs, provide tailored recommendations, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales with experience of selling After Sales services. Accountabilities: Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities using the CRM system Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned territories Timely submission of quotes through GEM Portals and various other government websites Self-driven to work individually Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions for management review Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify after-sales leads through research, networking, and cold calling Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their After Sales needs and providing tailored solutions Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and seminars to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our After-sales products and services Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals and solutions to clients, ensuring compliance with company policies Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system Skills/Competencies Required: Knowledge of heat exchangers, heat transfer principles, metallurgy, mass transfer, presentation, CRM, MS Office, etc. Education, Qualifications, and Experience: BE in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering 5–8 years of experience, particularly in sales and service Experience in filling online tenders for customers like NTPC, NHPC, OPAL, IOCL, BHEL via GEM portal Budgeted CTC: 13 Lakhs/Year
