Area Sales Manager-Affordable Home Loans

Role Overview: As an Area Sales Manager for Affordable Home Loans at IDFC First, your main responsibility is to scale up the home loan business for Micro Business Loan branches in a designated area. You will achieve this by efficiently delivering banking services to customers, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your goal is to make IDFC First the primary bank for all banking needs in the area. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire Home loan customers in the identified segment and generate references from the specified catchment area. - Increase the asset under management base for home loan lending solutions and meet revenue, cost, profitability, and portfolio quality targets. - Work with the product team to offer customers the best funding solutions and incentivize the direct sales team accordingly. - Plan targets and manpower requirements for the region, including recruiting and training Branch Sales Managers/BCM/BOM. - Meet monthly disbursement targets. - Monitor business targets, including fee income and cross-selling. - Mentor the team, provide career development opportunities, and stay updated on competition and market developments. - Manage early Mob X bucket collection and overall portfolio management. - Ensure internal and external audit compliance. - Identify high-potential business areas and execute penetration strategies. - Track and improve branch profitability and portfolio quality. Qualification Required: - Graduation in any field. - Post Graduate degree in MBA or PGDM. - 5-10 years of relevant experience in Home Loans.,
