Job Overview:

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets by managing and developing assigned accounts or territories. The role requires applying fundamental sales skills, managing customer relationships, and contributing to revenue growth while ensuring adherence to company processes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:

  • Achieve sales objectives within assigned accounts or territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share
  • Apply basic selling skills to drive customer engagement and sales growth
  • Territory Management:

  • Manage sales territory with regular supervision
  • Monitor account performance and take corrective actions as needed
  • Request assistance for complex sales situations requiring additional expertise
  • Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers in the territory
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
  • Compliance & Safety:

  • Follow company policies and procedures in all sales activities
  • Contribute to the company's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) culture
