VTR Industries Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of high-quality WPC Doors, Frames, and PVC Foam Boards, is looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Sambalpur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by visiting architects, contractors, interior designers, and dealers.
• Promote our range of PVC and WPC products to potential clients in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the company's market presence.
• Provide technical information and product demonstrations to customers.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to payment collection and after-sales support.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 1–5 years in Sales and Marketing (Building Materials/Interior Hardware industry preferred).
• Niche Advantage: Candidates with experience in WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) or PVC products will be given a significant advantage.
• Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License.
• Preference: Local candidates from Sambalpur and nearby areas are highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a field-oriented mindset.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience).
• Statutory Benefits: PF (Provident Fund) and ESI as per government norms.
• Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives.
