Area Sales Executive

Position Overview:

As an Area Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting solar solutions, closing deals, and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about renewable energy, confident in customer-facing roles, and eager to contribute to a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach.
• Meet with residential and commercial clients to understand their energy needs.
• Present and promote appropriate solar solutions tailored to each customer.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, solar products, and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred (in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields).
• 1–3 years of sales experience (experience in solar or renewable energy is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Basic understanding of solar energy systems or willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:
