Area Sales Executive Lubricant / Mobil Oil

We are working in automobile industry since last 40 years as super stockist of all spare parts with almost all two and four wheeler company in India like TVS, Bajaj, Hero, Royal Enfield, Honda, Maruti Suzuki, Volkswagen, Mahindra, Hundai etc. and our head office is located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

We are only looking for candidates who are "residents of Lucknow," or who "own their own home in Lucknow," or whose "close relatives own a home in Lucknow where they can live and commute to work." Only these candidates are eligible. हम सिर्फ़ उन्हीं उम्मीदवारों को ढूंढ रहे हैं जो "लखनऊ के रहने वाले हैं" या जिनका "लखनऊ में अपना खुद का घर है", या जिनके किसी "करीबी रिश्तेदारों का लखनऊ में अपना खुद का घर है जहाँ रहकर वे काम पर आ-जा सकते हैं", केवल वे ही योग्य हैं।

Basic Eligibility Criteria:-

• Must have min 2-3 year's of work experience in Field Sales & Business Development.
• Only those candidates will get shortlisted for interview who are having work experience in Auto spare parts OR FMCG products OR Other physical products.
• Interview "will not held of those candidates" who have work experience in "Service industry, NBFC, Bank, Loan/Finance, Investment, Payments Banks & other services."
• Bachelor's Degree, MBA-Marketing will prefer.
• Must have own Bike and valid Driving License.
• Must agree to visit whole Lucknow and nearby areas.

Job Profile:- Field visit of our Wholesalers, Distributors, Retailers on daily basis.

Job role and responsibilities:-

• Must visit the assigned area on regular basis for selling of mobil oil to wholesaler, distributor, retailer's etc.
• Negotiate the price, close the deal and get order from existing customers and assign new ones for business development.
• Reporting to senior manager on regular basis.
• Regular attending the review meeting with sales reports on time in hour head office.

Remuneration and perks:-

• CTC per month:- Rs.25,000-Rs.30,000/- per month +
• Incentives (min up to Rs. 5,000- Rs.7,000/-) +
• Travelling Allowance (up to Rs.5,000- Rs.8,000/- pm) +
• Dearness Allowance + Provident Fund / ESIC +
• Medical Insurance + Life insurance.
