Area Sales Executive - Guwahati

Location: Guwahati
CTC: Up to 3.45 LPA (including incentives & benefits)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales & Marketing (BFSI preferred)
Qualification: Graduate (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, develop, and manage a team of sales partners.
• Drive business growth through sales of insurance and financial products.
• Motivate and train partners to achieve targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships with focus on retention and growth.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
