Role Overview
The ASE will be responsible for building BytePe’s retailer network in assigned territories. They will onboard new retailers, train them and their staff on BytePe products, and ensure healthy working relationships for ongoing performance.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify, approach, and onboard smartphone retailers.
● Conduct BytePe registration, training, and branding at store level.
● Educate retailers and promoters on BytePe’s product offerings.
● Visit 10–12 stores daily as per beat plan.
● Ensure BytePe app usage, lead generation, and reporting from each store.
● Act as the first point of contact for issue resolution at the ground level.
● Monitor competition activity and provide market intelligence to the team.
Key Requirements
Must be MBA Graduate.
Need only Male candidates as it'a Field B2B Sales.
Strong knowledge of electronics products—smartphones, laptops, gaming devices, etc.
Ability to manage and motivate a sales team to achieve business goals.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. (Hindi + English mandatory).
Familiarity with retail loan products and digital financing solutions.
Self-motivated with strong execution ability.
Willing to work in the field 5–6 days/week.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
