Job Description

Position Summary:

The Area Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth through existing projects and channel partners. The role focuses on generating secondary sales, managing receivables, providing marketing and after-sales support, and maintaining strong relationships with architects, fabricators, interior designers, builders, and end users within the assigned territory.

Major Responsibilities:

Generate sales from existing projects and channel partners.
Drive secondary sales generation through channel partners.
Follow up on payments and manage sales receivables effectively.
Provide marketing and after-sales support to clients and partners.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, fabricators, interiors, builders, and end users as per the allocated database.
Support promotional activities and local marketing initiatives.
Ensure timely reporting and data management for assigned territories.

Specialized Skills:

Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
Basic analytical and reporting skills.
Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
Understanding of channel sales and project-based selling.

Supervision:

This position does not have any regular supervisory responsibilities.
