Job Description

As an Area Manager at Pizza Wings, you will be responsible for overseeing operations in multiple outlets in a designated city in Uttar Pradesh. Your primary focus will be on ensuring store performance, leading a team, driving business development, overseeing local marketing initiatives, managing logistics, ensuring customer satisfaction, and taking full ownership of the profit and loss statement. To excel in this role, you should possess strong leadership skills and have experience in managing multi-unit food or retail operations. Your key responsibilities will include: Operations Management: - Supervising daily operations to maintain service quality and efficiency. - Implementing and monitoring standard operating procedures for quality, hygiene, and service. - Managing inventory, coordinating the supply chain, and nurturing vendor relationships. P&L Management: - Owning city-level budgets, revenue targets, and cost control strategies. - Analyzing key financial metrics such as food cost, labor cost, and delivery expenses. - Developing and executing strategies to enhance profitability and streamline operations. Team Leadership: - Recruiting, training, and overseeing store managers, kitchen staff, and delivery teams. - Cultivating a culture of accountability and high performance. - Conducting regular staff evaluations and providing ongoing training. Business Development & Expansion: - Identifying potential store locations in collaboration with the development team. - Supervising the launch and early-stage operations of new outlets. - Supporting local marketing initiatives, partnerships, and events to enhance brand visibility. Customer Experience: - Ensuring exceptional service standards across all customer touchpoints. - Monitoring customer feedback and Net Promoter Score to address any issues. - Introducing innovative customer-focused solutions to enhance the overall experience. Compliance & Reporting: - Ensuring that all stores comply with relevant food safety, labor, and licensing regulations. - Compiling and submitting regular performance reports to regional leadership. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include city revenue and profit margins, operational SOP compliance, customer satisfaction/NPS, expansion timelines and success rates, and staff retention and training effectiveness.
