Area Manager - Two Wheeler - North & East
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. The role involves coordinating with campaign teams and ensuring the management of required data to drive overall sales numbers.

Sales Support

Data Management and Distribution

Dialer and Campaigns Management

Manage end-to-end business MIS and reports

Monthly Target Planning

Major Challenges

Providing support to constantly changing sales processes

Conducting trainings and timely set up of processes

Key Decisions

Hourly sales tracking and taking action to improve productivity in terms of data analytics

Key Interactions

Internal Clients: Call Center, Field, Operations, and Service teams

External Clients: DBS Bank
