Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations across assigned outlets (4-5 stores).
Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
Monitor and improve operational efficiency, food quality, and customer service.
Support HR in managing manpower requirements and store-level recruitment.
Oversee
training & development
of team members to maintain service standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
Implement local marketing strategies to grow business in the cluster.
Regular reporting and coordination with City Head.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:

6-7 years in the QSR industry (Pizza, Burger, Fried Chicken brands preferred e.g.,

trong leadership, people management, and business acumen.
Ability to handle multiple outlets and drive cluster performance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
