As a Collections Manager, your primary focus will be to achieve the collection targets assigned to your territory while ensuring compliance with legal guidelines for the entire collection process. **Core Responsibilities:** - Maintain collection efficiencies across assigned buckets as per the structure. - Identify and initiate Sec-25/138 for critical accounts. - Drive NPA reversals and write off recoveries. - Ensure timely initiation and execution of legal tools such as warrants execution under Section -138/ Section -25, and timely execution of Sarfaesi. - Coordinate with the Legal team/Lawyers for the timely filing of Sec 14, obtaining DM orders, and enforcement of agents for smooth possessions. - Manage portfolio movement and allocate portfolios across team members based on demography spread and volume. - Manage trail/feedback in M collect and delinquency file. - Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues and complaints quickly, visiting critical or anticipated slippages, and high value/strategic customers. - Analyze and maintain zero delinquency within required parameters, policies, and systems while publishing MIS and reviewing daily collections. - Ensure in-house officers/agencies in the location perform as per defined SLA, reducing costs incurred through vendors. - Manage productivity by setting productivity parameters for DMA/Agencies/collection executives, monitoring performance against set parameters, and daily review of collection managers and monthly review of collection officers. - Lead and supervise the collections team for the implementation of a recovery agenda through appropriate training, motivation, and deployment strategies. - Ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB/IRB regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation degree. - Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in the field.
