Area Manager- Nagpur

As an Area Manager at LenDenClub, you will play a crucial role in expanding the IFA/MFD/Advisors network of LenDenClub in the assigned area. Your responsibilities will include exploring self meetings, arranging events, meeting associations and influencers to grow the network. Initially, you may work alone or build a team by adding Relationship Managers, while also driving the numbers independently. Once the initial Relationship Manager is profitable, you can gradually add more RMs to the team. Your key responsibilities will involve recruiting channel partners, providing training for business development, preparing business plans and strategies to enhance the business of channel partners, planning activities with channel partners to boost their productivity, accompanying IFAs on HNI/UHNI client meetings, spreading awareness about P2P lending in group client meets, resolving distributor queries, meeting organizational targets, following internal sales processes, and ensuring compliance with company rules and industry norms. To excel in this role, you should possess strong business development and channel management skills. You should be a people-oriented and outgoing individual who can build high levels of loyalty with staff and channel partners. A good understanding of mutual fund distribution and the industry workings is essential.
