Review the work forecasts and determine your productivity requirements to produce during the day to meet the overall building objectives.. Proactively identify and lead cost improvement initiatives to make it an efficient operation. Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools Key job responsibilitiesKey job responsibilities. Monitor complete operations FC+ LM of the assigned site and suggest & deploy improvements. Coordinate with stakeholders for S&OP planning, HC planning, Quality metrices and other parameters. Serve as a liaison between the internal and external stakeholders keeping in mind the objectives, limits, conformance and information privacyA day in the lifeUnderstand Warehouse operations thoroughly.Learn and understand best practices across Amazon network and implement in your own site
- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
