Job description Key functions will be: Driving gold loan business across all branches in coordination with branch team, Direct sales team and gold loan executives. Managing multiple districts within a region and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each district. Plan and execute BTL activities in catchment area to create visibility. Monitor lead conversion from each activity. Monitor and review sales team productivity and take timely corrective actions. Recruitment of sales team, motivating them through local contest and rewards & recognition program. Drive sales from existing branch channel. Coordinate with business channel for early activation and improvement of branch SO/SSO productivity. Responsible for building healthy and profitable portfolio for the Gold Loan Business. Keep track of collection and ensure delinquency remain below permissible limits. Coordinate with Risk and Branch team for timely audit & auction. Responsibility Sales process management.
