Job Description for Area Manager - Credit Card Recovery*Job Summary:*

We're seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our Credit Card Recovery team in a leading private sector bank. The successful candidate will oversee credit card recovery operations, manage a team of recovery agents, and ensure maximum recovery rates while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of recovery agents to achieve recovery targets.

- Recovery Operations: Oversee credit card recovery processes, ensuring efficient and effective recovery strategies.

- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with customers to facilitate payment.

- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze recovery performance, identifying areas for improvement.

- Strategy Development: Develop and implement recovery strategies to maximize recovery rates.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:- Experience: 6-12 years of experience in credit card recovery, collections, or a related field.

- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with credit card products, recovery processes, and regulatory requirements.
