• Collaborate and engage with External Vendors to scrutinize property titles
• Possess expertise in property title chains, property laws and mortgage laws with expertise and experience in affordable loans and LAP
• Formulate region specific policies pertaining to collateral and devise streamlined & effective processes for legal assessment.
• Vetting of Original Property Papers.
• Conduct regular training sessions at Branch for legal process & Resolving queries raised by Sales/Credit/Business/Operations team.
• External Vendor management.
• Audit Resolutions for Internal Audit Department
• Process Training for New Employees (Pan India/State Level).
• Detect and analyse gaps in case of any frauds related to property documents.
• Physically visit the authorities for verification of collateral.
• Track, Maintain OTC /PDD for timely closure.
