Area Field Sales Representative TVS

About US:-

We are working in automobile industry since last 40 years as super stockist of all spare parts with almost all two and four wheeler company in India like TVS, Bajaj, Hero, Royal Enfield, Honda, Maruti Suzuki, Volkswagen, Mahindra, Hundai etc. and our head office is located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Department:- Sales - Spare parts

Job Brief:- Sales visit of our customers (wholesalers, Distributors, Retailers) on daily basis.

Role and responsibilities:-

• Must visit the assigned area on regular basis for selling of mobil oil to wholesaler, distributor, retailer's etc.
• Negotiate the price, close the deal and get order from existing customers and assign new ones for business development.
• Reporting to senior manager on regular basis.
• Regular attending the review meeting with sales reports on time in hour head office.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPATE IN INTERVIEW:-

Residence Locality:-

• Candidates must be a native or permanent resident of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. OR
• Permanently residing in Lucknow in their own house or in any close relatives own house in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Work Experience and educational qualification:-

Must have min 2-3 year's of work experience in Field Sales & Business Development.

Conditions*:-

• Only those candidates will get shortlisted for interview who are having work experience in Auto spare parts OR FMCG products OR Medical equipment's / Medicines OR other visible or physical products.
• Applications will not be accepted of those candidates who have work experience in "Service industry or Inside or Showroom Sales or NBFC, Bank, Loan or Finance, Investment institutions, Payments Banks & other services industries."

Minimum Bachelor's Degree require, MBA-Marketing will prefer.

Others:-

• Must have own Bike and valid Driving License.
• Must agree to visit whole Lucknow and nearby areas.

Remuneration and perks:-

• CTC per year:- Rs.03-03.6 LPA + Incentives (min up to Rs.5,000- Rs.7,000/- pm )+ TA (min up to Rs.5,000- Rs.8,000/- pm) +
• Dearness Allowance + Provident Fund / ESIC + Medical Insurance + Life insurance + others.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
