Area Field Sales Representative TVS

We are working in automobile industry since last 40 years as super stockist of all spare parts with almost all two and four wheeler company in India like TVS, Bajaj, Hero, Royal Enfield, Honda, Maruti Suzuki, Volkswagen, Mahindra, Hundai etc and our head office is located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Residence Locality:-

• Candidates must be a native or permanent resident of Unnao, Uttar Pradesh. OR
• A native or permanent resident of Lucknow, located near Unnao, who can commute daily to Unnao and the surrounding areas. OR
• A native or permanent resident of Kanpur, located near Unnao, who can commute daily to Unnao and the surrounding areas. OR

Note:- Permanent residence refers to the candidate's own residence or the residence of a close relative where the candidate can reside while working..

Work Experience:-

• Must have min 2-3 year's of work experience in Field Sales & Business Development to distribution channel in Auto spare parts OR FMCG products OR Medical Equipment's / Medicines OR other physical / visible products.

Note:- Work experience in Service industry, NBFC, Bank, Loan / Finance, Investment, Showroom / Indoor Sales / Payments Banks etc. will not interviewed for this profile.

Educational Qualification & other skills:-

• Bachelor's Degree, MBA-Marketing will prefer.
• Must have own Bike and valid Driving License.

Job role and responsibilities:-

• Must visit the assigned area on regular basis for selling of spare parts to wholesaler, distributor, retailer's etc.
• Negotiate the price, close the deal and get order from existing customers and assign new ones for business development.
• Reporting to senior manager on regular basis.
• Regular attending the review meeting with sales reports on time in hour head office.

CTC per month:-

• Rs. 20,000-28,000/- per month + Incentives min Rs. 5,000-7,000/- + Travelling Allowance Rs. 5,000-8,000/- pm +
• DA + PF / ESIC + Medical Insurance + Life insurance.

• Interview Mode:- Only in Face to Face mode.

• Interview timing:- 12:00 pm - 01:00 pm & 02:00 pm-04:00 pm
