Area Executive

We’re Hiring – Area Executive (Sales & Operations)

CropWorks is building a purpose-led, full-stack platform to help micro food processors grow with confidence and scale with ease. To make this happen, we’re looking for a driven Area Executive to take charge of our Pune operations.

What you’ll do:

👉 Drive sales and logistics across local food processors👉 Manage on-ground execution and day-to-day operations in Pune👉 Build and maintain strong relationships with partners👉 Take full ownership to ensure things run smoothly, every single day

What we’re looking for:

✔ 2–5 years of FMCG sales/operations experience (GT/MT preferred)✔ Strong understanding of the Pune market (locals preferred)✔ Execution-focused, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment📍 Location: Pune, MaharashtraIf you love sales, enjoy being on the ground, and want to be part of building something meaningful in agri & food supply—this role is for you.
