Area Contract Logistics Production System Green Belt

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise and operational skills to the delivery of Customer and Operational Excellence. Your primary objective will be to support warehousing and distribution activities in accordance with the overall strategic plan focusing on operational excellence. You will create and embed a framework of continuous improvement across operational activities to both gain and retain customers. Your Responsibilities - Upskill colleagues by delivering training on key productivity improvement tools and programs under the production system/KN Excellence banner. - Plan for and implement all annual excellence certification activities for locations/sites under your scope; striving to achieve ever higher levels of operational excellence. - Validate and assess continuous improvement projects with a focus on annual hard savings targets. - Coach site managers and their teams in the skills needed to drive operational excellence activities. - Lead deep dive value streaming analysis (DDVSA) events. - Deploy KN Excellence site certification road maps containing all 26 continuous improvement elements. - Drive and monitor Kaizens for continuous productivity and quality improvements across operational activities. Your Skills And Experiences - Preferred to have someone who has Six Sigma Green or Black Belt. - Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience, including managerial roles. - Project Management experience is a MUST. - Preferred background in Freight, Logistics, Warehouse, or Manufacturing industries.
