Area Contract Logistics Production System Green Belt

You will be part of the Contract Logistics team at our company, bringing your leadership expertise and operational skills to contribute to Customer and Operational Excellence. Your primary objective will involve supporting warehousing and distribution activities in alignment with the overall strategic plan. This includes focusing on operational excellence, establishing and implementing a framework of continuous improvement to enhance customer acquisition and retention. Your responsibilities will entail collaborating with internal and external stakeholders while concentrating on key objectives such as: - Providing training to enhance the skills of colleagues on productivity improvement tools and programs within the production system/KN Excellence framework. - Planning and executing annual excellence certification activities for locations/sites under your purview to strive for higher levels of operational excellence. - Validating and evaluating continuous improvement projects to meet annual hard savings targets. - Coaching site managers and their teams on driving operational excellence initiatives. - Leading deep dive value streaming analysis (DDVSA) events. - Implementing KN Excellence site certification road maps encompassing 26 continuous improvement elements. - Managing and monitoring Kaizens to drive continuous productivity and quality improvements in operational activities. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who possesses the following skills and experiences: - Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is preferred. - Minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience, including managerial positions. - Project Management experience is mandatory. - Background in Freight, Logistics, Warehouse, or Manufacturing industries is desirable.
