Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Guntur for an Area Change Lead at String Bio Private Limited. The Area Change Lead will oversee daily operations, implement and manage change initiatives, and ensure the seamless integration of new processes. Responsibilities include collaborating with different departments to develop and execute.The role requires close coordination with stakeholders to align organizational goals with change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Proven ability to implement and manage change initiatives
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or allied sciences or Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Prefered candidates of 5-10 Years experience from the same market.
