Area Business Manager - Radiology

As an Area Business Manager in Radiology at Bayer, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies for assigned customers and potential customers in the territory. You will effectively communicate customer requirements to internal personnel, call on customers to sell Bayer products, and present recommendations for product introduction. Additionally, you will participate in local organizations to stay informed about industry issues and plan educational programs for customers. Your role will involve gathering, analyzing market and competitive information, managing distributor stocks, and achieving or exceeding budgeted sales volume for the assigned territory. You will also be expected to develop and update annual sales forecasts, formulate strategies for key accounts, and participate in industry trade shows. Furthermore, being agile and continuously learning is essential for success in this position. To be successful in this role, you should be a B.Pharm graduate or hold an MBA in Marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a sales specialist with Contrast Media and/or Radiology. Your experience should include handling routine CT and MRI procedures, multi-phasic dynamic contrast studies, and dynamic contrast angiography for various body parts.
