Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of Business Specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve required targets collectively. - Develop and nurture strong relationships with doctors and their medical staff. - Become an expert on Twins" metabolic remission services, explaining their benefits to healthcare providers. - Tailor presentations and materials to individual doctors" needs, ensuring they understand the value for their patients. - Identify eligible patients based on doctor referrals and engage them in the program. - Coordinate appointments, answer questions, and facilitate patient enrollment. - Regularly update doctors on their referred patients" progress, providing detailed reports. - Offer ongoing education and resources to healthcare providers on metabolic remission advancements. - Manage incentive programs for doctors based on patient enrollment and progress. - Adhere strictly to legal and ethical guidelines regarding patient data and privacy. - Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and transactions.
