Area Business Manager

Preferably Science Graduate, must be experienced as a 1st line manager for at least 1 to 2 years handling a team of 3–4 MSRs with a successful track record. Must possess managerial skills of planning, organizing, motivating and executing, good product knowledge, having experience in handling cardiac brands will be an added advantage. Having a 2‑wheeler is a must. Willing to use mobile phone for communication and reporting purpose and must be comfortable in using computer with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.1. Will be responsible for all activities of your team.2. Developing quality of MSRs and ABMs in the team so that they can implement marketing strategies and ensure achievement of business objectives of the company.3. Promoting and selling company’s products by meeting Doctors, Chemists and Stockists by following marketing strategies.4. To set example of high standard of field work quality during joint field work by personally demonstrating the same.5. Achieving business objectives of your assigned region.6. Ensuring all team members work and deliver results as per company’s expectations and to ensure that the team follows your directives and guidelines.7. Doing field work as per company’s policies and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).8. Attending meetings as and when called by the superiors.9. Submitting reports as per company’s policy and as required by superiors.10. Will be responsible for cost control of your assigned region.11. Will be responsible for filling up vacancy in your region.12. Expected to have a high level of integrity.
