Job Description: We are inviting applications for the role of Area Business Manager (ABM) to lead and develop operations in strategic territories within Punjab . Key Responsibilities: Lead business operations across key districts including: Punjab: Ludhiana, Mohali, Bathinda, Moga Responsible for appointing and managing stockists in each HQ. Build and induct a high-performing sales team across assigned territories. Drive monthly sales targets and ensure 100% field force productivity. Establish and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists and key stakeholders. Implement marketing strategies and ensure effective brand presence in assigned areas. Candidate Requirements: Experience in Dermatology or Cosmetology segment is mandatory. Must have extensive experience and knowledge of the applied region (Punjab). Proven track record in sales leadership and team management. Salary & Benefits: Salary and perks: Negotiable as per experience and current CTC. Performance-based incentives.
