Role: Area Business Manager (ABM) – Dermatology Segment

Location: Haryana (HQs – Karnal, Ambala, Hisar, Rohtak,)
Type: Full-Time
Industry: Pharmaceutical – Dermatology / Cosmetology
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage business operations across key districts in Haryana.
• Appoint and oversee stockists and distribution partners in each HQ.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Medical Representatives (MRs).
• Ensure 100% team productivity and achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with top dermatologists and cosmetologists across the region.
• Implement field marketing strategies and ensure brand visibility and prescription penetration.
• Act as a regional leader and liaison between field and head office marketing/strategy teams.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2–6 years of experience in Dermatology sales, with at least 1–2 years in team handling (ABM or senior MR level).
• Experience in Dermatology or Cosmetology segment is mandatory.
• Strong territory knowledge of Haryana: doctor coverage, competitor mapping, and distribution networks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and execution capabilities.
• Should be result-driven with the ability to lead product launches and market expansion.

• Salary: Upto 40K Negotiable based on current CTC and experience.
