Architecture Designer

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically proficient Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design solutions, preparing architectural drawings, and collaborating across disciplines to bring projects from concept through to completion. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles, construction techniques, building codes, and modern design tools. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to develop design concepts for residential, commercial, or institutional projects. Produce architectural drawings, 3D models, presentations, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar software. Conduct site analysis, zoning research, and code compliance reviews. Translate client needs and functional requirements into design solutions. Participate in client meetings and design presentations. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and other project stakeholders. Assist in preparing project documentation for planning approvals and permit applications. Maintain awareness of industry trends, sustainability practices, and innovative design strategies.
