Architecture Designer

Work with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to determine project requirements and design objectives.Develop conceptual and technical designs for building and construction projects.Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications for construction projects.Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility of design concepts.Ensure that designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards.

Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of design concepts and to gather information for design development.Participate in the selection of materials and finishes for building projects.Maintain detailed records and documentation of design development and project progress.Review and approve the work of junior architects and design assistants.Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.Excellent design skills and the ability to create detailed technical drawings and plans.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
