Job Description

Responsibilities
Develop innovative architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects

Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp

Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, budgets, and timelines

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders during project execution

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications

Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field

Proficiency in architectural design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite)

Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
