Architecture & Design Specialist

You will be responsible for supporting the production of development documents using strong technical AutoCAD proficiency. Additionally, having Revit proficiency will be considered a plus. Your role will involve applying knowledge of architecture principles to ensure successful outcomes in store designs that comply with established brand standards. You should be capable of prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. Your ability to create or review PKLs, PSLs, and Exterior Elevations for New Restaurants, remodels, and refreshes will be crucial. Being highly motivated and a team player is essential, along with the willingness to adapt and learn multiple brand standards. You should also be able to maintain professional relationships with various stakeholders, including franchise partners, internal teams, and consultants. Experience in restaurant or retail concept design development and execution will be advantageous. Proficiency in reading and understanding architectural, structural, mechanical, and technical engineering documents is required. Your work schedule will be flexible, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is necessary. Familiarity with workflow management software like Lucernex or ProCore will be beneficial.
