We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior BIM Manager (BIM Lead) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Architect with 18+ years of experience and at least 10+ years working in BIM/CAD management roles, leading the implementation and delivery of large-scale, multidisciplinary projects using advanced BIM technologies. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and review BIM strategies, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and project-specific standards. Lead coordination of BIM activities across internal teams and design subcontractors. Provide hands-on BIM production support, including model federation, clash detection, 3D/2D deliverables, and Common Data Environment (CDE) maintenance. Train project delivery teams on CDE platforms (e.g., ProjectWise, ACC/BIM360) and BIM workflows. Regularly assess BEP implementation, conduct audits, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Act as the key BIM liaison between clients, internal teams, and IT support. Lead efforts to integrate 3D models with scheduling tools for 4D simulation and enable model-based quantity takeoffs and progress tracking. Project Experience Proven ability to lead BIM/CAD teams on complex projects. Experience working on semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing facilities is highly preferred.? Required Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil3D and visualization software. Proficiency in creating Dynamo scripts and knowledge of programming languages would be a plus point. Previous experience developing project BIM templates, standards, LOD, & classification systems, class libraries, and master data models on large-scale projects. Working knowledge and proficiency with collaboration and data management solutions: Navisworks, 3D/BIM-enabled quantity take-off, and BIM-enabled estimating tools (Assemble, CostX, etc) Understands project workflows from design, estimation, construction administration, and coordination. Collaborates well in a team environment. Duties and Responsibilities Performs specific and moderate portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer. Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures. Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests. Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered using modifications of standard procedures or methods developed in previous assignments. Identifies discrepancies in results. Provides guidance to entry level engineers. Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with little supervision. Independently performs all the tasks necessary to complete primary design elements for engineering works. Performance at this level requires developmental experience in a professional position. Develops and maintains HVAC system designs, including load calculations, equipment selection, and ductwork layouts. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure HVAC designs integrate seamlessly with other building systems. Conducts energy modelling and analysis to optimize HVAC system efficiency and sustainability. Prepares detailed technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders. Ensures compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations in HVAC design. Participates in site visits to assess existing HVAC systems and propose improvements or retrofits. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 7+ years of experience in HVAC system design for commercial and industrial buildings Proficiency in HVAC design software such as HAP and IES Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards and local building codes Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills International project exposure (US, UK, MEA, and Singapore) and familiarity with respective building codes Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Experience with energy modeling and sustainability analysis Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead project teams Familiarity with project management principles and practices
