As a member of the Architecture & Design department at Inspire Brands, you will play a crucial role in creating unique and captivating experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to apply your strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD to support the production of development documents. In addition, having expertise in Revit would be advantageous for this role. You will be tasked with utilizing your knowledge of architecture principles to ensure that store designs align with established brand standards, ultimately delivering successful outcomes. The ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment is essential, as you will be responsible for creating or reviewing PKLs, PSLs, and Exterior Elevations for new restaurants, remodels, and refreshes. Collaboration and teamwork are key aspects of this role, as you will be required to work closely with various stakeholders, including franchise partners, internal construction and real estate teams, and outsourced consultants. Therefore, possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships is crucial. To excel in this position, you should have experience in restaurant or retail concept design development and execution, as well as proficiency in reading and understanding architectural, structural, mechanical, and technical engineering documents. A flexible schedule and proficiency in software such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and workflow management tools like Lucernex or ProCore will also be beneficial. Ideally, you will have at least 2 years of applied work experience in a related field, with a demonstrated ability to produce technical drawings in CAD software systems. Experience in restaurant or retail architecture, construction, or store design would be advantageous.
