Job Description

Architecture & Interiors Intern

Responsibilities:

Research local zoning regulations and prepare preliminary site plans for new architectural projects.
Contribute to schematic designs, interior layouts, 3D models, building permit sets, and construction documentation.
Produce high-quality architectural drawings, interior design boards, renders, and presentations.
Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a
Bachelor of Architecture
or a program in Architecture/Interior Design.
A thoughtful, well-presented design portfolio.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
.
Strong attention to detail and a refined design sensibility.
