Responsibilities Review and approve architectural designs and drawings for elevated metro stations submitted by DDCs or contractors. Ensure designs meet project requirements, functional needs, local building codes, metro standards, and universal accessibility norms. Coordinate with structural, MEP, systems, and civil engineering teams to ensure architectural design integration. Evaluate station planning in terms of aesthetics, functionality, ventilation, lighting, passenger movement, signage, and emergency egress. Provide architectural input for concourse, platform, entry/exit structures, foot overbridges (FOBs), ticketing areas, and back-of-house spaces. Attend design review and coordination meetings with client, DDC, contractors, and other stakeholders. Conduct site visits to ensure architectural design implementation aligns with approved drawings. Guide sustainable design practices and support station environment aesthetics (façade, finishes, materials, etc.). Contribute to design change evaluations, value engineering proposals, and design clarifications during construction. Prepare technical notes, design review reports, and support project documentation as required. Qualifications Graduate in Civil Engineering with 12+ years of experience.
