A minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural drafting, particularly in the preparation of sanction drawings, is required. Additionally, familiarity with the legal requirements for residential, commercial, or industrial projects in the region is essential. You should also have experience working with local authorities and be knowledgeable about the approval process for building permits.
