Architectural Draftsman

As an Architectural Drafter, your role will involve creating detailed plans and drawings that accurately depict the architectural design of projects. You will be responsible for conducting site evaluations to maintain high quality work standards and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Additionally, you will be involved in creating Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for materials and products. Your responsibilities will also include providing drafting, design, and technical support for all drawing requirements related to project offers. You will need to prepare as-built drawings, material boards, and sample boards for submission as part of the project process. Collaboration with architects, interior designers, clients, consultants, and vendors will be a key aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you should have proficient computer skills and a good working knowledge of 2D drafting software and Sketchup. Your ability to effectively communicate and work in a team environment will be essential for success in this role.,
