Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Designer based in Kochi. The position involves both office work and site visits — remote work is not allowed.

The Architectural Designer will be responsible for developing creative and functional architectural designs, preparing detailed construction drawings, and contributing to urban planning initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with team members, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that all designs comply with regulatory, structural, and sustainability standards.

Note: Candidates with strong 3D rendering and visualization skills will have a higher chance of selection.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Design and Drawing

• Experience in preparing Construction Drawings

• Strong understanding of Architectural and Urban Planning concepts

• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related field

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Understanding of sustainable design principles is an advantage

• Software proficiency in:

• AutoCAD

• Revit Architecture

• 3ds Max (V-Ray / Corona)

• SketchUp

• Basic knowledge of graphic design software is preferred.
