Architectural Designer

You will be joining KULx Studio, where spaces are crafted to transcend function and immerse individuals in environments that combine luxury, innovation, and cultural significance. Your role as an Architect will involve collaborating with the studio team to develop bold and timeless concepts, coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure design intent is translated seamlessly on-site, overseeing project deliverables with uncompromising attention to detail, preparing working drawings, construction documents, and material specifications, and contributing to architecture-for-impact initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the studio team to develop bold and timeless concepts. - Lead coordination with vendors, consultants, and contractors for seamless translation of design intent on-site. - Oversee execution of project deliverables with uncompromising attention to detail and design quality. - Prepare comprehensive working drawings, construction documents, and material specifications. - Contribute to architecture-for-impact initiatives for broader social and cultural influence. Requirements: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture with international exposure (US/UK preferred). - Minimum of 2 executed projects with demonstrated on-site experience. - Proficiency in Rhinoceros 3D and AutoCAD is essential. - Strong design sensibility and ability to manage execution and detail. - Curiosity and drive to embrace new technologies, methods, and tools for constant upskilling. - Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills for collaborating across teams and with external partners.
