Architectural Designer

As an Architectural Designer with 14 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in our team. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing detailed architectural drawings & documentation using ArchiCAD & AutoCAD. - Reviewing and interpreting drawings for both design & estimation purposes. - Preparing cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and overheads, and performing take-offs. - Ensuring compliance with USA & Australian building codes and standards. - Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and suppliers for accurate deliverables. - Supporting cost optimization and value-engineering during the design phase. - Collaborating directly with international clients and participating in virtual project reviews. To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications & skills: - Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch. mandatory). - 14 years of experience in architectural design & estimation. - Proven experience with USA & Australia-based projects. - Proficiency in ArchiCAD (mandatory), AutoCAD required (Revit/BIM a plus). - Strong knowledge of building codes, detailing, and estimation workflows. - Immediate joining required.
